I think the biggest three challenges are language, culture and religion. If we can not understand language, then it means we can not communicate with people and can not make friends with them. We will more often have misunderstanding with each other. The same as culture. The difference of culture brings different thoughts on one thing. we need to learn how to accept others' culture and we need to think sth from their perspectives. and also the last one is religion. In Canada, Christian is one of the biggest group but most immigrants are from the background of buddhism. They might not accept Jesus as their God but we still need to respect them and give them time to understand God and know about God.
